Montessori Primary School Königs Wusterhausen (since 2009)

“Every child learns differently”

After our first Montessori primary school attracted wide interest, our second Montessori primary school opened in 2009 in Königs Wusterhausen.

Our small, single-course primary school hosts 6 learning groups from grade 1-6 which are taught in a mixed manner. Our team in Königs Wusterhausen has proven that learning can be done differently and established great success following the Montessori learning concept.

Like its sister school in Hangelsberg, this Montessori primary school is also an all-day school and offers additional after-school care taking.

School in Motion and Plenty of Sports Activities

Movement is omnipresent here. A distinction of the Montessori primary school in Königs Wusterhausen is the coveted Hengstenberg project. The little ones test their skills and movement with special equipment and exercises.

We also have a wide range of leisure groups with many sports and activities. Additionally, we also offer a wide range of other activities such as handicrafts, creativity, sciences, games and so on. It’s a perfect balance between the lessons and the long day at school.

Swimming lessons are also very popular. Our 3rd and 4th grade students get their swimming badges in two swimming trips to Lindow. We even have a school dog Muffin who ensures a good mood among students and teachers.

Our Montessori primary school in Königs Wusterhausen is part of the school campus in Königs Wusterhausen.
